Light bulb + warranty ??????

Hey guys!
Do u know if burnt stock light bulbs are covered by factory warranty or not???

and if its not covered, where can I buy them? do AutoZone or Advance Autoparts or Pepboys stores sell them? or any other store?
btw I live in washington dc area.

1 year warranty on lighting.
that goes to all lighting, including hids and dash lights

I thought the HID's were covered for 4/50,000.
