Killed 328i with CL-P

After coming home from a restaurant I headed down Rt. 1 and then I came upon a green 328i BMW with a few mods from the looks of his car. We came next to the Kraft factory light and then when the light turned green we both just took off. Of course my car had better acceleration and so I came up first but then I had to slow down because of a minor obstacle (patch of snow). But then we came to the next light and it was on. Lined up and this stupid Eclipse GS comes out of no where and lines up too but we didn't care(it lasted maybe two seconds). This time I took off and didn't stop and my friend in the passenger seat takes a look back and said "Holy Shit!!!! you definitely owned him this time." We both pulled over in the end and then he rolled down his windows and said "Nice run that car is pretty fast.....I used to own a Type-S myself but things happened to the car." Gave me the thumbs up and turns out he was a nice guy so I recommended him taking his 328i to a bodyshop because of this big ass dent. All in all what a kill for me =)

didn't even stand a chance against us. after I was ahead of the bimmer for a while me and the bimmer just looked back and started laughing. I must say that bimmer was kinda fast because even though I had the lead for a while he started creeping up little by little. He had a lot of AcSnizter Mods done to his car.

How do you know he had "a lot of" AC Schnitzer parts? Those 328is aren't slow cars and a manual one should be able to take a CL-P even if it's stock. The 325s can run mid to low 15s so the 328s should be able to do high 14s. With mods, he should deffinitely take you so I'm guessing that guy was a bad driver.

Do you have any mods?

Just a v2 intake for now. After seeing his stainless steel exhaust and the didn't tone of the car from my friend's 328i at school there's something different about it. Plus when i took off i got car lengths on him easy but then he started catching up slowly.
