Ok get this story....
I never really race to a fast speed, but i love to gun it from a dead stop, from a light to about 10 over the speed limit..WELL i pulled up to this red light and this blazer that was lifted and had huge tires on itpulled up next to me. I figure he wouldnt race. But then the light turned green and i heard his tires squeal, so im like ok... i took off and fly right past him. Then BOOM a see a cop sirens go off, but heres the thing he went after the blazer instead of my car,also the cop didnt have his radar on cuz my V1 didnt go off, im guessing he just went after us cuz we squealed our tires, so i was really glad he didnt come after me, so im almost 2 block away and a differnt cop gets me. SHIT!! So he pulls me over and asked me what were me and the other guy doing? I said that we just took off kinda fast, and that we made no contact with each other about a race. The cop didnt belive me so he told me to follow him to where the other guy was with another cop. So the guys story matched my story and so the cop wasnt a dick toward me.. but i feel bad cuz the guy in the blazer got arrested for somthing. So the cop come back to my car and tells me that he was going to ticket me for drag racing. I didnt say anything to him then. Then he asked my buddy that was in the car for some id.. he gave it to him and the cop starts laughing. Cuz my buddy is 21 and has a 37 year old girl stalking him and the local cops feel bad for him. Then the cop fuckn said ok just go home!!! Damn im soo lucky i have my boy who knows how to pick women to thank!! I just thought this was a close call!!

How much is the ticket for drag racing?

Plus id be really fucked since im on supervison for a year......so yea!

no idea... but they did arrest the other guy and not me... dunno why.

 

You can get arrested for racing some guy on the street?

 

yes. I have been placed in squad cars a couple of times for racing. They could arrest you and impound your car. "Wreckless driving" is the ciation that you would get. It's serious shit! I obtained a "Careless Driving" ciation once and i had to pay $200 in fines, 12 hour traffic school and 50 hours of community service. And careless driving is not as serious as wreckless, gop figure.

You can get arrested for anything if the cop feels like it. I remeber reading that story about the soccer mom who got arrested because her kids where not wearing their seat belts.

Well there maybe some truth to police officers and doing whatever they want. Maybe if they see coffee in your hand and some dunkin dohnuts he'll get jelous and pull you over just because he doesnt have any. I think ill shave some lead off my foot. Arrested for street racing at speed limit damn.
