Issue while idling

I am having this weird issue with my car while idling. I notice the other day while I was at the car wash cleaning my carpets. I notice that when the fan comes on, my audio system and head unit would cut off and then cut back on. I also notice that the VSA and maintenance light would flash too. Has anyone experience this issue before and if so what should I do?

I thought it was something wrong with my oil so I had my oil change, filter and even drop in some Royal Purple and drove on my married way. A couple days after it happens again so it wasn't the oil. Should I flush out my coolant system and change my filter? It's been eight months sense I changed the filter.

What should I do?

I have ran into a issue where I would walk up to my car and notice that the clock and alarm light would be turned off. So I would pop my hood and disconnect the battery and then reconnect the battery. But I thought that was a normal problem with cold weather.

I am going to see if Pep Boys can test my battery to see if the cells are ''on their way out the door''. I think they do battery testing for free.

something is wrong with your electrical system. doing a oil change or anything to your cooling system will not do anything to solve the problem. try the battery first, then maybe test your alternator or it maybe a broken ground.

Why would you think that it was something with your oil??

Its an electrical issue. Have your battery load tested, test your alt output, and check the battery grounds.
