That's not a bad deal. I paid about the same for my Rotoras, but without the pads. Although, I like the Rotoras better and I heard that the Axxis pads spit out a lot of brake dust.

Which pads did you go with ravi?
decided to go for it
Its time for new breaks for me, so I put in a "best offer" for $260 and it was accepted-- (came out to 300 with tax and shipping) Makes me wish I would have offered less now
, but it still seems like a good deal-- I'll let everyone know how they are and how the install is-- said I should get them before thanksgiving.

First of all, $*&% acura of pasadena/glendale for *urging* me to buy new brakes 15k miles ago... my pads still had 50% life in them. Thats my fault for not checking for myself how much life was left in them...
I got my rotors and pads monday and installed them last night-- All and all they seem pretty high quality, the forging of the front vents seems a bit rougher than some of the other ones ive seen, but the milling is top notch.
Took about 4 hours from start to finish--- mostly because I had to problems lifting the back end. I ended up jacking up the car from the side jack stand and then removing one of the side tires and then lowering it on a jackstand at its highest underneath the tow hook in the back

was a pretty good DIY for the proceedure-- I'm really glad I went out and got an impact driver, the screws holding the rotors on were pretty well rusted in place. Even with the impact tool I had to use penetrating oil to get them unstuck.
One other comment, be careful how much you squeeze the calipers to get the new pads onto the rotors, I squeezed too much and brake fluid overflowed from the reservoir up in the engine compartment...
From the little bit of driving I've done, they do seem to grip better than the stock brakes and they sure do look sportier :
