Because they are so easy too. No security at all. the hood doesn't lock good, you can cut the top with a razor blade, you can pop the pins on the doors, you can crawl under it, & cut any wire you want. I have a friend who has a 99.

must be all those damn type-r's that have bene getting stolen. I read over on honda-tech quite often and at least two are stolen every week.

Regarding the TEG, I wonder why With a cloth hanger, I could open my gf's car within 30sec (she manages to get locked out a lot). Imaging how long it would take pro My gf's car was recently broken in. There is a very small screw driver mark on the locking panel behind the key hole.

I just found out that a friend of mines integra like a 92 got jacked from Acuras parking lot...it was there overnight for service!!!!

hey man dont blame people doing engine swaps.. thieves are thieves... im sure if u have a civic u would put a B18C in it if u had the chance... just be glad that the CLS is not in that list...

damn does that mean I should garage the teg instead of the CL?.. well anyway... people should know any civic or teg is a hot target.. so you just have to live with it
