I searched for engine (since I knew there were some engine bay pic threads), so a search for engine and intake in the photo forum should turn up more pics...

 

i don't think injen or aem are better than each other. same gains i believe

 

the comptech icebox has the best gains for the CLS but it's quiet and looks stock.
depends on what you're looking for.

 

k&n airbox trick, cheap easy gain. just remove the bottom box and tubing. and sounds like a CAI.

 

Personally, i have an icebox now and i recommend either AEM or Comptech (i've had both) AEM doesn't have as much of a gain as Comtech Icebox, but the sound (especially at VTEC) is great!! It all depends on what you're looking for. The other good thing about the AEM (or injen) is it gives you more room under the hood if you need to change your bulbs.
