Installing OBX Headers Now need some insight

Ok. got all the stock components off. Now:
1. Anyone know what to torque the new ones at ?
2. On the O rings on the collectors do I need to flatten them out or will they do it on their own once warmed up ?

Anything else anyone can tell me to watch out for.

Did a search and got some answers on some of my questions already.
thanks guys/gals
