nice work... think they look real nice, but i wouldnt put them on since theyre straight red.... not looking to give cops ANOTHER excuse of pulling me over.... if it was a show car i definitely play with the ccfls

ya fluff,I know I neeeed the gold wheels and was actually talking to the wife about them today.She wants a pool this month.So shes getting one.Dont need no household probs.
Between spending money buying the car and upgrades I've spent about 15 grand in the last 10 months or so just on the cl.If I wait till july for the wheels she said she will give me 1000 for my B day.Hell,I'm waiting till july.Anyway took some more night pics.There not as blurry but definitly not crystal clear like they look in person.

I think it'd look perfect if u can switch out the reflector housings with the round ones. then it'll go together well.

Well I decided to revive my own thread since I just took on a halo + grill upgrade job.
I am installing white halo's and a 2010 grill on a 07 LR3.

I'm 3/4 the way done already.
Rings are set and drying,Then I will be resealing the lamps before the end of the night and will be back on tommorow.

Looks good, just finished all my interior lights with LEDs and taillights, next attempt is gonna be a projector mod for the headlights. Looks good on that Land Rover

Agreed. The CLs reflectors are not round (even the highbeam is more of an oval). It just doesnt look right.

Today I decided to pull apart my lamps and clean them out and sand and buff the lenses and reseal.
While I had them out I threw in new high beams bulbs.
got some from advance that say cool blue ?
I hope they don't look the same crappy yellow look that the stocks are.
I just decided today to clean them up so I did not get anything but what I could grab off the shelve.
I had gasing from glue that I used before that I mounted my halo inverters with. So it had some white on the inside of the lense,I got most of it out and will put up some pics later.
4th time opening these dam housings and still no projectors yet.

That's what they are.
I haven't seen them at night yet but, they still look yellowish during the day. I think I just threw away 30 bucks on shitty bulbs I did not even need

I've been out all day so I haven't took any pics yet.
Going to snap a couple now.

Just got off the phone with my friend that just got the bmw 645 and he wants me to do something to his lights ?
I don't know what he was saying but, he said some laser lights or something.
But I will put pics up of what ever he is wanting me to do.
And he wants them done asap.

I talked to the guy this morning and all he has are a differnt style bulb kit that shines up into his halo rings to make them brighter insted of being dull.

I will be doing them this weekend easy as pie or not.
I'm pretty sure I wont be getting into his lamps like I thought.
But, a little job more or less.
