Those instructions are really thorough. I did mine with only hand tools and by myself. There's really only 2 or 3 nut on top and one bolt on the bottom. When the whole assembly is out, use the spring compressor to remove and replace the spring. Once you do one, the other three will be easy.
I think the hardest thing for me was getting the rear seats out without tearing or scratching anything.
If you do it yourself, drive it around before you put the back seat in just to make sure everything's tight and there's no funny noises.

The back seat is easy
In the middle of each seat their is a push in retainer, all you have to do is place a flat-head screwdriver in the middle of the seat and push towards the trunk and pull up on the seat at the same time. They'll pop right out.
Then their are (4) 10mm bolts holding the center console in, take them out.
Then their are (2) 10mm bolts on each side of the rear seat backing (look at where the seatbelts bolt down) their you will find a gold bolt kinda tucked up and under the seat. Take those out.
Last push the seat up and back at the same time to unclasp it from the rear package tray. Than your done. You'll see the top of the struts.

Very easy, I've swapped my suspension on my 1G CL like 6 or 7 times now
With just socket wrenches!
