Clean the OEM plastic door sill really well with isopropyl alcohol. When you think you have them clean, clean them again. You only get one chance to get it right.

Since you're in Jersey, get the 3M tape and the sills warm as well as the plastic door sill by hitting it with a hairdryer.

Line up the sill and stick it down. Press really well to get all the tape down.

but I just cleaned my OEM plastic sills. Peeled the protective stuff off the back of the evolution sills, and stuck them on there. They haven't moved since. Had them on for about a year now.

I would advice against it at this time of the year because the glue will not stick well and will peel in a couple of months.

It'll work.

It just has to be done right the first time like NSXNEXT said.

I didnt even know these were held on with glue/tape.... thought they were a replacement part. do they make any where you have to replace the oem?
If you guys say these stick well, I'll probably order them anyway, but RaviNJ is right, its too f'in cold here to do anything right now!

take the sills off and bring them indoors, clean them, apply the trim, if you have clamps then clamp them and forget about them for a while, reinstall them, you shouldnt ever have to worry about them coming off.
