Are you using the upper or lower perch on the Konis? I'm using the upper perch with Comptech springs. I noticed that after my car was lowered I got more feedback from the road through the steering wheel. I can also feel the vibration you speak of through the wheel at idle.

b: alignment is hosed
c: something wasn't installed right on one of the konis, leaving it mounted slightly different than the other three
d: one of your tires is soft/flat/improperly worn
e: car is about to explode, eject eject

Take your car back to the shop. This vibration is NOT normal. I feel no vibration at idle and my Konis are 1/2 turn stiff. You will feel bumps in the road more due to increased suspension stiffness, but not steering wheel vibration.
Your install was munged. Tell the tech what you are feeling and they need to fix it.
