I finally dialed in the suspension including the rims. It took a little longer than i expected but here are some preliminary pics. It's dropped on tein basics because i couldn't get the htech springs (what a suprise they were on back order from japan). That meant i had to wait for the basics to be installed by a busy ass speed shop. So i finally got them installed yesterday, i wasn't gonna put the rims on without a drop. So here some pics, more will come after a polish and a wax when the weather up here clears up.

 

plz post full car shots, and make your drop even! i say dump it all the way down, but hey im biased

I picked it up from the speed shop on a friday and so my buddy that did it took off before i could pay or anything, they were on a mission for the bar so.... Any way i will go in on monday and play with the adjustments to the teins. So f-n happy i didn't do the spring shock thing. I do have some nib tokico illumina's if anyone wants to buy em. It's pooring right now so as soon as it stops i'm detailin. Def post more pics. Thanks for the comments.

 

i assume you mean how much for the molding of the lip kit right? Anyway if so it was 1200 for the front and back bumpers and will be a little less for the sides. So total i expect to pay around 2200 to mold the whole thing. I'm back on the waiting list with the body shop dude.

you guys are brutal, but I beg to differ, the CL had such a bitchy little undeercut, I wanted to give it a nice aggressive front end style that was less of a plow than the Versus. And for the regord, that pic of Yumchah with the snow on the lip is NOT our kit.

 

I personally the kit looks great. It looks real nice on nbp. I would consider getting it.

On a side note, Ronjon did you see the new 2007 TL-S wheels? They are going with the 10 spokes also.

The kit is sick and the majority have said that from the near the end of the developement phase. I can't thank rj enough for doing the kit b/c it wouldn't look as good without it. To each his own i guess.

 

The kit looks better molded, but I agree with the plow-ish look in the front and I am not trying to hate. IMVHO, I prefer this wide-body look w/ the little lip at the bottom....

i agree wth you there. its hard to get a lip to work on the CL without it looking like a snow plow cause of how much the bottom of the bumper tucks back.
