thats right folks, I have "never" had a car that dents as easily as the CL.....I'm not one to bitch (have never started a topic either).

Seriously, some of you have got to agree...if you breathe on this car, it dents- like its made out of aluminum foil.

Ahh, thats it "aluminum foil"- thats why the car is only $30k .

Of course, none of this would be an issue if the stupid asswipes parked next to me were careful opening their door....but, I know thats too much to ask.

I was close to forgetting my body shops phone # also, what a bummer .

Damn I agree w/ you all the way man. This thing crumples up like damn paper in some places. I took my car to a dealer to get some parts of my car looked at and he said it was cuz the car is made of two completely different types of material. Some parts are pretty sturdy while other parts you could probably fold into origami.

The rims is my biggest problem. I fuckin scratch my rim yesterday pulling into the wendys drive thru. I think it is time for new rims that do not scratch.

Now that's 3 scratched rims. Two of the three have the scratch all the way around and round and round and round. DAMM ACURA and their stupid "BETA rims"

Our cars may be heavy but take a wrx for instance ...it weighs in at over 3200 for a go cart...imagine if it were even remotely a luxury car...

 

Specifically, its the doors....I have matching dings (1 on each side)- in the "exact" same spots, that is like my pet F*ing peeve.

Seriously, anytime I see a smudge on the car...I assume there is a dent also, so I always look closely.

I guess that is the price you pay.

Anyway, I can imagine how bad NSX's, A8's, and RX-7's are.

Ours are no better, no worse than other cars. Any car today will ding easily because the mteal is so thin. Ask an owner of an Audi A8 how they feel about dings. Their whole freakin' car is aluminum!
