Talking Im New To Acurazine

whats up everyone! I wanted to make this thread because I am finding myself getting addicted to this website... so much information floating around here. Im from New York and I bought my silver 03 CL-S 6SP non navi back in the beginning of September. I found my car on autotrader.com and bought it from a used car dealer (not acura) in Connecticut for $15,400 with 62,000 miles. Acura in my town wanted $23,500 for the exact same car but with 40,000 miles on it(and its still sitting in the lot). This car is amazing (especially going from a 92 Accord LX 5speed)I couldnt believe how much they were asking for it- i still havent found a better deal!
I just wanted to introduce myself because I am going to be a member for a long time...I'll eventually get some pics up

So far: 30% tints, debadged except Acura emblem, door sills, Type S rear license plate frame, and I just bought a used eibach pro-kit from BIG MIKE 13 in the black market forum.

This spring: Ron Jon body kit, Ron Jon front grill, M5 lip

Future: CT icebox and headers, 19" rims of some sort

Welcome

Sounds like you got an incredible deal on the 6 Speed, especially since the mileage isn't THAT high.

I know! The original asking price was $15,900 but I talked the dealer down $500 because it needed 4 new tires. I was waiting for something to go wrong with the car but its coming up to the 3rd month Ive had it and everything is fine and dandy. I love the rarity of these cars, especially the 6 speed!

Welcome. You probably won't find too many major problems, just ones that annoy you, like the rotors warping and the rattles, but otherwise it is a wonderful car. I will be turning 100k miles tomorrow or Sunday.

Welcome Home.

But an 03 with 62K? I just past 62K on my 01 in February. Still it's a great car, you'll love it long time.

Make sure you have some spare $ because you in a short amount of time you will be wanting to do intake and headers. Then you will realize that the car needs to be lowered b/c our CL's look like they've been made for
