If our battery dies is there any way to open the trunk?

If our battery dies is there any way to open the trunk?
If our battery dies is there any way to open the trunk?
The trunk is where i ussally keep my jumper cables and when my car died on Saterday night I was unable to pop my trunk. Is there a way to manully open the trunk when the battery dies?

Possibly crawl through from the inside. I believe there is a child safety release on the inside.

Yep, look inside the trunk towards the backseat. There's a manual release that you can reach from the ski hole, if I remember correctly.

Yep, just stick your hand in the ski-hole, and reach up....it is directly above the hole, it will be pointing to the drivers side, just give it a pull

theres two of the trunk release. on the trunk itself and behind the backseat where you can grab easily

On 03's I know there's 2 of them. One near the rear trunk lid & the other behind the trunk pass through. Not sure if 01-02 has both or just 1.

in early production 2001 CLs, there was just one, the one behind the ski pass. the glow-in-the-dark one came later in the year.
