After waiting for a week and a half for my Icebox to arrive and after receiving the other items I ordered, and after sumbitting a ticket to see what was going on. I have been told by ACP that the Icebox is on back order until further notice. Does anybody know this to be true? Has anybody ordered one recently from a place that will acually have one?


I can't stand businesses that don't know how to conduct business. What's up with them leaving me hanging on this for over a week and then me having to follow up with them. I'm so mad!!!!

You should be mad at comptech, they are the reason its on backorder. The icebox is always going on backorder, but you could PM one of the venders on the site and ask them

 

No... I am mad at the company that did not inform me at the time of the purchase or anytime that is was on backorder. That's all. When it comes to cars I am like a kid in a candy shop and I was really looking forward to getting the product that I had paid for. It's just a bad way to run a business IMO.

Don't sweat it man. When I ordered mine it took a solid month to arrive.

 

Yeah CT sucks when it comes to inventory. Almost everything for the CL/TL is always on back order. I had to wait weeks for every single CT part I have. And that was 2 years ago.

 

Email Josh from Excelerate (One of our vendors or check out the group buy section in the black market). That's where I got my Icebox for 260 shipped. Had mine at my house less than a week after ordering! This was about a month ago.

 

The Iceboxes were on backorder from Comptech. I do actually have a couple coming in today. Let me know.
