i wish we could automatically adjust our headlights to shine directly into the rearview mirror of the idiot in front of us who drives 60 in the left-hand lane

Just get one of those police spotlights or a really really bright flashlight. Direct it at his rear view or side mirrors.
But if he had tint all around, then it may not work.

haha thats funny. my truck came witha cb and it also had a loud speaker mounted under the hood. it was great in my high school parkin lot when ppl were cutting. i would just say somethin and watch them freeze. heh some even went back in to school.
