my goodies list is coming in next week but i talked to my tuning guy and he said i need a hondata. then i called C>T> eng and they said there is not one avail. do any of you guys know anything i can use without buying AEM stand alone?

well give you some updates. the 03 CL type-s manual ecu (PGE) can be reflashed. it has the ms66q592 mcu . meaning that the MCU has EEPROM space , so new code can be added. working on unlocking it as well .

now the ecu that 90% of us are using are Auto ecu . the ecu are close but there is a big problem. the Honda and Okidata companys cheeped out and use a MCU ms66592. well the chip is write once or prom type . that means you cant reflash the ecu, well the auto ecu that is.

now what i have been working on for the past couple of months is a way to piggy back the MCU inside the unit. have mad some great strides and hit a couple of road blocks. we got it to interface with the MCU and were working on now hacking the code so you can change the settings. i have been using a moded version of CROME to read the Original source code. it right now can see the fuel , timing , and vtec. having problem putting the code back together so the ECU understands it for now .
