I miss my CL!!!!!!

I sold my CL back in August 03 to save some cash, traded for a POS Eclipse spyder and a mazda truck. I miss my car like a long lost love! I wonder if anyone on here has it now?? It was sold in Cary, North Carolina, satin silver 03 with all the extras listed below. Can I be reunited for a moment? I'm going through withdrawal still. I see the little ricer boys all the time and i so wish i still had it to leave them in smoke. Let me know if anyone has it now. RIP CL

Damn man... you have good reason to miss it. Not only was it a CL, but a type S. And on top of it, a 6 speed. With a perfect suspension upgrade and tint.

Car sounds hot! I hope you had a good reason to let it go.

Sorry about your grief, just know that one day you'll be able to get another car that you really like. Did you sell it to a dealer, seems like there was a post of a newbie with a silver 6 speed from a dealer.

I"m saying the CLS is a great car, nothing out there fits me as well and I knew I wanted a keeper. I got very lucky after having a hard time at first selling the first one, but everything worked out, took me about 2-3 months. Not much demand in OK for 6 speed CLSs. where I got it. they get cheaper everyday!

I had a moment of weakness today...I was waiting at the acura dealer and walked through the used car area and there was a 6sp navi Z at the acura dealer so i test drove it.....handled great, but still not an acura, it was nice to get back in my car....all i need are springs/shocks, intake and headers and you'll never be able to pry it out of my hands!!!

I have (or will have) a completely stock Aegean Blue Pearl CL-S6 available. Low $20k with just shy of 23k miles in case your remorse is severe enough to return.

Oil changes every 3k miles with Amsoil synthetic. I plan on doing a compression test this weekend while pulling all of the parts off (and installing new plugs) to be sure everything is fine. I'll post the results for every cylinder but I expect them to be the same as it was a month ago, 220 - 230 PSI across all cylinders which is basically new.

I will be honest, I have gotten on it with the mods. But I did tune it accordingly and never beat on it. I like to treat my cars well as I maintain them myself and don't want unessesary repairs.

Heck, I just paid the dealer $301 today for parts that were not perfect such as the glove box. I had cut a portion of the glove box out to make room for the E-Manage, etc. I could have just patched it but instead paid $100 on a new glove box as I feel a new owner should get what they are expecting. New carpet was also purchased for the trunk at $100 also.

I plan on putting in the local AutoTrader next week. I'll also put it up online, possibly at ebaymotors.com. It is currently available for sale but will begin to be marketed next week.

I didn't plan on it selling quickly nor am I in a hurry as this is still a great vehicle.
