I ordered the rims from Goodroads down here in South Florida
19's are expensive as shit!
These rims should look f-n great on my car.
I am hoping to get both this car and my Mustang into a magazine. Once I am finished with the stereo I will send off pics of it and see what happens.
I should have the rims around the end of this week. I will post pics as soon as I have them mounted!

My car is going into the shop tommorow to have the rear dropped to the bottom perch on the rears only. The front is pretty low already.
I am surprised that nobody has tried the lower perch yet. It seems to easy. What is the problem?

Harsh ride?
I think our stocks give a harsh ride on the highway (with the cement squares). There's some weird resonance frequency where the entire car bounces up and down. I'm wondering what the ride is like with 19" rims and super thin tires. Does it feel like riding a wooden seat?

This is the best lowered car I have ever been in. I have owned probley 10 cars that were lowered as well as been in dozens more.
The combo of Koni Struts and Comptech springs works well. I would say that almost anyone who rides in my car (normal non-car people) would never know I changed the suspension.

Okay, that is a nice combo of color, (non chrome) style, (5 star) and size.
Me like it long time. But really, 35 series tires are a little too thin for me, especially in yonkers. Our fuckin roads are like medival dirtpaths with stones and pothales.
I don't plan on changing the suspension soon, but I wanted too know if I could get 19" like those with 40 series tires, without rubbing. somebody help me find out.

well... I live a lil farther north in Albany... our roads are the same... more fuckin cobblestone then England.
I'll let ya know how my 35 series work out... their goin on in an hour.
As for 40 series... No. You can't... you'll throw your speedo/odo/vsa/abs etc etc etc etc off way too much.
sol.
