I broke my car.
So I'm leaving Steve's the other day and cruise along a back road only doing about 30mph. As I approach a stop sign I hear "Cla-KLUNK." So I'm thinking "What the F?!" Look around the car, make sure my tire isnt flat or anything. Tires are fine and there is nothing under the car that I could have hit.
So I drive back towards Steve's and as I go to break for a complete stop the car goes "Eeeeeiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnooowww" (Love my internet sound descriptions?)Think of it as like a sound of something winding down.
Anyway, we have no idea what it is. It appears to be coming from the front driver's side area. It drives but you can tell something is off course with it. Hes taking my car to Tischer tomorrow and I'm driving his old CL-S, which makes him mad because I look hotter driving it
Anyway, and suggestions? I know its hard to tell without driving it. Just thought someone may have expirienced something similiar. Thanks!

i thought i read something about the front swaybars breaking and sounding like that-although i don't know if they used the exact letter combinations to describe it as you did!
dont think it would make a sound like that from using the breaks though
i was driving a customers beater honda accord to a parking space after i changed the tires on it about a year ago and heard a loud klunking noise then the break pads fell off the front passenger side wheel and i almost crashed cause the breaks wouldnt work-hope thats not the case for you!

take a quick look at the breaks, and keep in mind this car was a 90 BEATER-the door handle fell off trying to get into the car. there was bno break pad left, just metal-no rivets etc.. it obviously was neglected
this shouldnt be the case since i would assume you of all people would take meticulous care of the car/GF car , but worth the 10 minutes to take the tire off to look

I highly doubt that'll happen.
Small fucking world: The tow truck driver is the cousin of Tischer Acura's Service Manager.

No. The tow was arranged through a third party warranty service, not Acura. Total coincidence.
