huh?... Auto up/down window not working!

All I did was install my headers today. What can be going wrong!? Driver's windows works fine, but no 'auto' down or up! Checked all fuses, maybe a relay has died!? Anyone have their auto window stop working!?? Help!

had similiar problems after stereo install. thought it had something to do with removal of drivers side door panel, but couldn't swear to it. wouldn't work for up to two days, than all of a sudden it started working fine. give it a little time and keep trying to use it. may clear up on its own like mine did.

How do you like the headers... which by the way does not have anything with the window's motor.

I LOVE the headers, they look and sound great! Haven't had much seat time with them yet though...
I did disconnect the battery while installing them (negative terminal), maybe the window is confused and forgot it can go down and up all the way on its own!? Hopefully it will "clear up on its own", otherwise it looks like it's my first warranty trip!

No I guess you can program it again.. if it lost power than you need to it again...

Altough I do not have the 2003 model... here is how you set it up...

Open the window and keep holding for like 10 sec
Immediately thereafter...
Close the window and keep holding for like 10 sec

This will program it and it should work fine,... try it!

The auto row down feature is tied to the memory seat. After you disconnect the battery for some time, the memory seat settings reset. I have this problem a couple of times already. Then after I reenter the memory seat settings...my passenger auto roll down reverse mirror doesn't work and neither does the driver auto roll down or up. But after a week, everything works again.

yup....you have to reset your seat settings....when my battery died, it did the same thing, just reset everything and it should work after you turn it off, then back on....if it doesnt after that, take it to the dealer
