My girlfriend just got 2001 CL. the right side taillamp is cracked so she wants me to replace it. If i remeber correctly, when i was removing the taillamp from my Accord i had to take the rear bumper off. is it the same deal with CL? or is there other ways to take it off? oh and if anyone's selling the passenger side assembly, let me know. Thanks!

 

Just undo screws in the trunk that hold on the lens.. I think it's 4-6 screws underneath the grey inside trunk cover..

 

Do i have to pull the trunk liner carpet thingy too?

 

It bends back to reveal the screws and access to the tailights.. just pry the covering away from the lip inside the trunk.

you change the bulbs this way too.
It's easy, belive me, if I can do it anyone can!
