How much does it cost to put comptech springs on a CL-S?????

How much does it cost to put comptech springs on a CL-S?????
I want to order the comptech springs for my car, since I'll have 19" rims, do you think 1.5" drop is enough. What does it usually cost to do the install, and should I have the my dealer do it, or should I go to an aftermarket place?????

1 hr of labor... $70. Anything more is padding the bill.
I got Comptech springs and sways installed for $140 (2 hours labor).

It took the guys at my speed shop ~1.5-2 hours to install the springs @ $65/hour
