How loud is your car (inside)
I have a 2002 accord and I was looking at the CL-S and I was wondering how loud the car is inside. After exhust headers....etc.
Also is there anything I can do to sound proof the interior of the car from road noise and exhust?

Yup... gc43 hit it on the head... it really depends on what companies you buy from. The Comptechs exhausts are a little louder inside then the HKS, etc.
The sound proofing material you're probably thinking of is Dynamat. I believe one person basically removed everything major in his car... seats, panels, etc... and lined his car with soundproofing. The cool thing is that it really does insulate... tha bad thing is that it adds a decent amount of weight. Enought to negate the gains from a modification... so in the end it may not be worth it.
