How long should I wait before I drag race?

I am at 700 miles on my CL-S 6spd and I am wondering how long you guys recommend before I take it to the drag strip. I have been so well behaved with the car so far and I don't want to screw anything up.

Thanks Tom. I think I'll sell now and get a more suitable dragster.

Due to the molecular viscosity of the thermodynamic isobaric membranes inside the combustion chambers, Acura recommends you wait 10,000 miles before exceeding 4000 RPMs.

You should wait till you're 18.

Oh, you mean the car? Dang, I couldn't help myself, sorry.

That's what I have heard, well actually if you put a special oil on the membranes it lightens the air pressure inside those chambers and you could probably race as soon as 7500 miles. That's what the dealer recommended at least. Unless you want your tranny to fail.
