How to/Can I install Ct exhuast myself?

Hey guys, Merry X-mas

I got a Ct exhuast and was wondering if it can be installed yourself. I have no experience at all with working on a car so i have no clue what to do. Taking a look underneath, it seems you just need to unbolt the old mufflers, and replace with the new ones? That easy. If so, what tools to use to take off the nuts. Do you need to use a lot of pressure to get them off. Any tips, do i need to jack the car up, i'm a small guy so i could prob slide under side my car isn't dropped. Thanks

it is very easy. your concept of unbolt the old, bolt up the new is correct.

might be good to soak the bolts w/ wd40 so they come apart easier.

good luck

no spray necessary

all u need is a wrench and a set of pliers.. two wrenches are better... i did my swap a block away from city hall in NYC, took about 20 mins to do. i had a set of ramps with me, cuz i went to buy if off another guy on this forum. bought them, put em on, and was driving in less than 30 mins. its a total of 4 bolts, two for each side, then u pull a metal arm out of its rubber sleeve, insert the new one, bolt up, repeat. ur all done.
