That is how much they quote me too, but they have to make money some how. It is suppose to be only a 2 hour job and thus, they charge $100/hour for labor.

Header install price

The shop I used charged me $55 an hr. for a 4 hr. job. I don't know what the book labor charge is through an Acura dealership but I'm guessing most shops do a comparison before actually quoting a price. OBX headers, and they were impressed and wanted to know where I got them.

I and Mike did it yourself. Pain in the a** to say the least. If you want a pro to do it for you, give me a call...info on a few posts above. (no, not me, an Acura tech...I will never install TL/CL header again..damn...what a pain!!)

I got mine installed at Carboy..but I paid $500 for them to install my Header, Sways, and Springs. I have had no problems with them so far...except they decited to "peel out" when bringing my car to the front....kinda pissed me off.

I've had all my work done at Carboys with ZERO problems and nothing but praise for Jackie and the rest of the Carboy crew.

I've had them install my Pulleys ($60-80), Headers (Can't remember but somwhere b/w $200-$250), Exhaust ($45), Sways($80-100), Springs($120) and Shocks($120).

I will be going back there when I'm ready to have the S/C installed.
