Help! Sqeeky seat

I have a 1997 3.0CL. The drivers seat makes this rubbing noise everytime i push back on the seat. The noise is coming from underneath the seat. Any idea of what it could be. Thanks for the help! It driving me nuts!

Mine did the same. Check if the lumbar is support rubbing the center console?
