farad?? do you mean your capacitor?? capacitors are measured in farads...in any case, i dnno how to get rid of the plastic door, i woudl imagine, however, that if you take out the seatback (which is pretty easy) you can probably see how it is attatched to the seat back and easily remove it.

Do a search in the forums, I know there is a diagram out there, it helped me. When I did mine to tint the back window, it was easy.

You simply pull straight up on each of the bottom portions of the seats, they tab in, and come right out (they do feel tight, trust me, they come out) once bottom seats portions are out, there are a few screws, 6 or 8 I think, that hold the center console down, but I took the back part of the seat out first before starting that.

To take the back portion out, there are a few bolts, I think 4, two in front of you at the bottom, and one each behind the seat belt.

Once those are up, just pull up from the bottom of the seat, the whole thing comes right up and out, once out that door is attached to it, have fun from there as I never took my door off. I know these instructions are a little raw, but its the best I can do, I am at work you know. Trust me, its easy, just dont go pulling anything thats feels like it wont come out. But you do need to apply a little muscle to pull up on the bottom portion, as they are kind of tight, trust me they come up....

Good Luck

I believe you just have to pull out the pin the holds the door hinge together. Should just slide out.

I don't think there is a helms manual out for the '03's yet. I might very well be wrong.

Check out the A/V forum, I forget who it was but someone, or a couple of guys, have pulled the door out to put a bafle there for a speaker. They might have some suggestions.
