I purchased some wheels from soulracing.com 16 days ago and Ive called them a couple times and he always tells me that they should be here on this day, and my distributor has them.
today he tells me (after I got on to him) that they dont have them in 45 offset. so I said just credit my credit card. he told me there is a 25% restocking fee!!!!. I said just cancell the order, they havent even sent anythinhg out yet.
he said they have a 48 offset at the distributor if I want that, but he dosent know how long that will take to get them.

soo mad what do I do?

 

Call your credit card company.

Instead of waiting for soulracing to come thru, ask your credit card company for a chargeback.

You've followed the rules, the product hasn't shipped, and you attempted to resolve.

After you get your money back, it will be between the credit card company and the merchant. Let him try to screw them.
