I was at the gas station today and I was filling gas. When I pulled the Nozzle out I didn't see the metal trap door close the little hole for the nozzle to go in.

Maybe It never had one I dont remember. It just has an open hole and it closes when I tighten my gas cap.

I just want to be sure that the Metal trap door that you see on cars sometimes didn't fall into the gas tank, If the CL has one.

Ifyou guys could reply back and please tell me it doesn't have one.
Im very nervous right now.

 

Our cars no longer have them as far as I know.

My '03 CL-S doesn't have it either.

lol I remember a thread about this exact thing a while back. I don't believe our cars have one. Although it would be funny to have a little metal piece fly out of your muffler and clock someone in the head. (I know it wouldn't make it anywhere past the gas tank but I'm just saying for laughing purposes.)
