HELP: Battery & Brake Light Remain ON

Anyone have a clue on what could cause this? I'm in Miami, Fl so the weather is not an issue. The brake fluid has been checked. The battery has been checked. The alternator was upgraded 2 months ago. I've checked all the wiring and everything seems fine and tight. The lights both turn off as I surpass 2000rpms...if I let go of the gas...they both come back on. Please let me know what you think it might be and thanks in advance

Vacuum assist line for the brakes? You might want to check for a loose vacuum line or maybe your AEM bypass is bad (thus not allowing vacuum to build up). That would be my way out there guess for a way out there problem.
