Help!
Hey good morning guys, I'm new to this. I searched and searched but I can't find out how many qts go into my new (to me) 2001 Acura CL-P. This is my first Acura and I am loving it! wohoo, finally I own a luxury car.
Also, does anyone know a good way to make this car's exhaust sound like the G35? I loooove that little hollow rumble from the G35 and 350Z.
Sorry for the newbish questions, thanks in advance.

When I change my oil I use close to 5 quarts between putting a little in the oil filter and filling the motor. IIRC I thinks the motor holds 4.6 quarts.
As for the exhaust if you delete your mid muffler/exhaust resonator and add headers that's probally as close to a G35 you are going to get. I have the same car and I really like the sound of the mid muffler delete with the stock headers and exhaust. Sounds good inside the car but really no difference on the outside. I also think it helped my gas mileage to.

when u drain the fluid just put it in a container that u can put a piece of tape on to make the same level so u put back in exactly what u took out.
however some trans have a tendancy to burn a little fluid... so on a new car i would look at the dipstick and see what the level is.
make sure ur on flat ground, run the motor and then turn off the car and a minute later u'll have the correct level on the dipstick.. it should be between the 2 hole marking in the stick... one should be filled the other should be clear.
i'd do a 3x3 on a newly acquired cl tho... just so u know for sure where u stand
