Hello from new member and question...
One rumor is a coupe built off the new 04 TL. I also heard a new coupe would move more upscale and be almost $40,000. I would think Acura would want to offer a coupe sooner than later, since there is nothing in the Acura line now. Infiniti and others are getting all the near-lux coupe business.
You never know tho, these are guesses. If you don't have one, just get an 03 CL 6 speed and have fun waiting!

There's got to be a couple coming. That's my personal guess. Acura is now having all 4-door offerings excluding the RSX which really does not belong in the Acura lineup and needs a Honda badge.

Let's see.... AMG - Acura Marketing Genuises lost the company $1.2B by 'letting' through 40,000 potential sales to Z/G35s alone [40000 x 30000... roughly]. Nissan is doing wonders with their ubiquitous 3.5L workhorse. Personally I could just puke knowing that my motor is driving a minivan, yet I shall leave this to our Nissan connosours over here
... But it is inevitable, i.e. all powerful Hondas are moving into 3.5L direction... and 300hp is their first and better attempt already then Nissan's in the similar displacement.
It will be interesting to see what Honda does with NSX, i.e. aside from awd, the ONLY thing they can is put a double or even quad turbos on that 3.5L to get it to 400hp, anything else - they better throw in the towel... Ohh.. and none of that 400hp/125 torque crap please either
.
I'd say most 'loyal' folks as myself... are still awaiting for a decent coupe. Here is what these Damn idiots could do to get their $1.2b back - use same/CL chasis [a luxo-couple can't be too small], which is quite solid, IMPROVE NVH, i.e. doors and the back, for heaven's sake, kill the 'metallurgician' who tested the outsourced componants in trannies which failed!! use solid quality trannies, cannot do any less then 300hp/300lbft, with gobs of low-end torque just like now with CLs[none of that Accord 3.0L Vtec or Nissan's 3.5L low end torque 'snooze'
...].... and for GOD's sake... get the 0-60 into 5.3-5.5s range... and last but not least... put a decent set of brakes... and do a sleek outside design - Bangle is helping you already 'killing' the bimmer classic look, so now is your chance !!
Ok.. sure.. up the pricing by a few grand to show your efforts & transcend value - noone will mind... - then Acura would outsell most luxocoupes combined.
