So I finally got in contact with someone over the phone and not just email.

They told me that they have heard of the header not clearing the mount, but never the down pipe not clearing the drive shaft. I sent over the pictures I took, they are going to show their engineer and see if he can fabricate something that will work and seen it RIGHT to me.

I'm impressed

The rear header does not fit. I contacted XS-Power and explained my issue. They claimed I put them in wrong. I explained that I had a professional shop put them in and they should me while on the lift that they do not fit. I took a picture o fthe problem part of the product and attached it to the email. They then they asked afor the picture o fthe part that did fit. I sent both pictures as they requested. I expressed to the company to simply send me another raer header piece to correct the problem - no response. I asked to have them send me a whole new set - no response. They have not offered a refund or exchange but just keep having me send pictures and basically saying it's something I'm doing. With that said this item unknowingly is manufactured in China and direct shipped to the customer and the vendor never sees it. The part I recieved it not the part pictured on their website - ie. the rear tube that is problematic is cut welded into place where as the website photo show the part is bent to fit with no cut welds.

wow!

On my side though, my contact with XS has dropped significantly, it is getting harder and harder to get in touch with them. The engineer could not figure out what was wrong and said it has been a big "cluster !@#$" trying to figure out this problem, I have considered having them just send me another set and trying my luck on another pair, but after seeing rowman's comment I am just gonna try and get my money back while I can. Headers are already back in their possession, i just need to send a pay pal request.

I really wanted these headers to work, hearing all the positive review of putting a pair on our cars and the difference it makes. I would be hesitant to purchase from them just because they don't know what the problem was to start, and it has been getting progressively harder and harder to get a hold of them.

I had called them twice a day, and left messages for a week until he finally picked up and was like.. O hey , just return them. It took me another week just to get the label sent to me. We will see how long it takes to get my money refunded

I heard DC might be making a set for the 6speeds. Someone should email them to confirm.

That's because they are probably really familiar with the refund process instead of real customer service.

That's why I don't mind paying a little more than I should be paying... As long as there are no hiccups that's why u spend the Dow up front one time. Cause by the time u factor in you time and money u could have been making doing your own job, it usually cost more money to go the cheap route... Lol.
