mine have come loose twice, and i haven't been driving hard on them, i thought about getting a second nut to tighten them down also, but the last time i did it i got some bigger wrenches to hold the allen portion of the bolt in place and tightened the shit of them, they haven't started making noise again yet...

Ok you guys...i've got no idea how to torque these things to spec? I just used a socket wrench and tightened it until I felt it was tight enough. Anyways...do you guys know the torque specs for the front and the rear sways? I'm gonna go to my mechanic dood and have him try to fix my sways. I'm sure they need to be re-tightened, and the sound they're making is just unbearable.

Front sway bar bushing holder bolts: 29 lb-ft

Yeah, I've had to tighten one of the rears one time since I installed them in July. I think that's because I didn't tighten that much in the first place. I don't have a torque wrench.

darrinb, end links studs corrode badly and are difficult to retq once loosened. retorquing nuts to rusted studs may "seem" tight and may not in fact be seated . this will show an incorrect final torque value
i needed to replace links on mine (due to corrosion)when they wouldnt hold when torqued to spec
