Last night I had to make a run to a friends house to pick up my cell phone and on my way there I noticed a cop hiding on the other side of the road.

So coming back about 15 minutes later 2 lights away from where the cop was hiding I was first at the light and a G35 pulls up next to me.

I know these lights and if we take off we will get stopped at the next one which is right in front of the cop. So we take off. He does get the jump but I was more thinking of the cop ahead, and then we get stopped at the next light. I can see a little bit of the cop car about 100 yards ahead but he is pretty well hidden. So again the G35 takes off right past the cop were as I went off at a more sedate pace this time. Of course the cop pulls out and nails him.

I couldn't stop laughing the rest of the way home.

 

That's such a cheap shot and it's not even worth posting in this section.

I kinda agree that was pretty cruel. If the guy was being a dick (cutting you off etc. ) up to that point then i'd say let em have it. Otherwise...

We were 2 cars apart. I was in the left lane and he was in the right with a car in the middle.

And I didn't entice him, he did it on his own. I took off fast at the first light but no faster than I normally do.

If I had been able to warn him I would have but we were always seperated by the middle lane.

This reminds me of that commercial where an exotic lines up with a truck. The truck is in the middle lane and the guy looks over to the right, where the exotic guy starts revving his engine.

When the light turns green, the exotic takes off doing a burnout and the truck just slowly accelerates. All of the sudden, you see a cop in the left lane with his lights on. The truck was blocking the cop so that the exotic wouldn't see him.

 

I saw this, funny stuff.


You guys really should watch out. Apparently lots of people do this so the cop gets other people instead of them. Just be careful next time a car is really trying to get you to race.
