Grinding/Rumbling Noise?

Grinding/Rumbling Noise?
My car is making a grinding/rumbling noise around 2000-2500rpm but not any other time. It seems like its coming from the pulley side of the engine. Any ideas what it could be?

Its not excruciatingly loud but enough to notice it clearly, and its there under load and just reving it.
