Where did you get the LED's at? I am looking at getting around 12 to wire to my system for some ambient lighting inside my trunk enclosure...you can see where I plan on putting them:

Grill led's look good.I had a close to the same in red.My lights were tuck up in the radiator support,so wires were not exposed to eye sight.they lit up the whole grill and botom grill. It was just to much for me, when I added the devil eyes.I riped them out and put leds in my two top heater vents that blow on the side windows.looks sweet at night cuz the light shines all the way up the pillars.

LOL....No bro, those are my sub grills. My sub cones are around 1-1 1/2" behind the grills. So my ACURA sign mounts flush with the outer corners of the grills. In all honesty, im thinking of taking it off for a cleaner look.

i just had an idea tho topher.... go with a neon tube on the side closest to the trunk latch so it hides away from view.... it'll be an omni-directional light so you'll get more coverage. just a thought

i'm not a big fan of ambient "exterior lights" (except puddle lamps, obviously)

I just think it looks to "showy"
