I just finiished killing 97 civic and a pathfinder (I know, whoopdeee fuckin' doo) when an 01 lightning rolls up... He still had the numbers on his window from when he was at the track *and so did I* so we both knew it was on..

We he a stretc of open road on the freeway, no cars, no cops, just me, a lightning, and the civic i just burned...from about at 70 mph roll we hit it, I started out in the low rpm range of 3rd gear and suprisingly I got the jump. But low and behold, that lightning just whomped my ass... 110...120..130..140...! By 140 he was about a good 5 or 6 car lengths ahead of me and we both exited the same spot. I crept on on him and shot him a thumbs up, he was cool and shot it back.

I got my ass handed to me, but its all good.

I gotta get me one of those trucks.

Nice race! I thought we would have had a better chance from a highway roll...I guess not. I got walked by a Lightning a while back, and he gave me a jump, they are very fast.

 

I know how you feel, but dont feel too bad, ive seen some of those run low 12's-high 11's.....and to make matters worse, the new one's are even faster
