Got a nice loaner

I dropped my car off at the shop last night. They are checking my tranny, doin the 30k service and some other shit today. They hooked me up with a 2002 TL-P. Its gray (i forget the real name begins with an A i think). This thing rides real smooth, but the seats are not as comfy as my CLS. I wouldn't mind if they held onto my CLS for a few days

Sussman Acura? Pretty cool loaner. I bought all three of my Acura's at Metro. I looked at Sussman (much closer), but they were pricks! Bad thing about Metro is that it's far and they give enterprise loaners.

Hey did anybody notice this?: Metro got a subtle advertisment on last tuesday's Real World. The girl from philly lost the Eurovan's keys and then mentioned her brother works at an Acura and VW dealer in philly(there is only one and it's metro)

I can't tell if you are kidding. Well if you aren't the TL is the sedan version of our cars. You know the cars that everybody and their mother owns (what do u know, my mom has one too!)? The "P" in TLP stands for premium which is the base model (not the Type S, like yours). Got it?

That was a complete waste of my time! Educating an Acura owner on their most popular car! lol

I think the "P" just threw him off, half the fucking salesmen at the dealership haev a lost look on their face when I say TLP or CLP, then again those aren't really the brightest fuckers around.

The P is def. a smoother ride than the S, no question about it. I like the seats in the P better too, but only for cleaning purposes I feel no difference otherwise. The Accl at least comparing mine to the loaner was only better after 60 and that's when it really grabbed. the 2-3 shift keeps you above that 4800rpm range which you can notice.
