Hi, my car is 2001 Cl-S with 42000 miles. The brake patches are
kindof worn out and I am planing to replace them. Whatelse
should I do for me car's brake system? Thanks. Some one suggests me to have a complete brake job for my car which costs about $270, but I don't know that is neccessary to do all or not.

u got 42K on yer baby already??? geez where do u drive to??

for that amount of money, u could get ss-brake lines, which are awesome to have since they work really well (maybe that's what your friend was telling u)

there are also upgraded brake pads u can get, if u haven't already...there's a service bulletin out on this, so b sure to mention that to your service guy

Just had my Rotors Resurfaced and New Pads -- on Front -- Replaced today. Guy said my ROTORs were NOT bad at all. Pad feel SOFT. Broke hard going home and darn near bottomed out on them. Got me wondering if everythings ok with em.
