Got my comptech Headers Installed Today

First and foremost they are definitely worth it... No doubt about it... First impression, the sound is a tad louder, but I love 2nd and 3rd gear acceleration... Getting the intake before the headers shows how much more accelaration there is... Makes me now wanna get the SC to see how thts like... VTEC kicks and man u just go... Mike you got to get these... I know this has been previously said over and over for sure... but just wanted to share this with ya all... Thanks again for everyone who helped with there input...

I was wondering are the UR pulley worth it? I know I have to do a search... just wanted a quick reply, so maybe can do that this weekend...

didn't post pics cuz they have been posted so many times

i have the UR crank pulley which is pretty much the only one on the set that gives you any benefit performance wise. I highly recommend it. It will compliment your headers well. You'll get to Vtec alot quicker.

Don't hesitate, If you thought the headers were worth it.....

If you get the right UR pulley it will also work with the SC.

Congrats on the headers!

As far as the UR pulleys goes when i had them installed i could tell an immediate difference on how fast the car the shifts when accelerating. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Which pulley would that be... at woodbine acura he didn't have the crank pulley which would work with the SC... a site with, or part number would be helpful...

Chap did you get the all three or just the crank... at the dealer, the mechanic who does all my work told me that the crank pulley also balances the engine?? was a bit confused...

Yeah i got all three installed. The Crank, Alternator and Power Steering pulley.

The Alt & P/S pulley are more or less cosmetic. Its the crank pulley that enables you to see some gains in performance. Some people have had it on for over 20k miles already and no problems to speak of. A great mod IMO.

Congrats on your CT header install - enjoy. Now it's time to plan your next mod - the CT full catback exhaust.

The pulley is the 12v pulley you can call UR at 631-586-9525 and ask for Nick or call VR at 407-299-4345 and ask for Jason. I believe VR will do very good on the pricing. Hope this helps.
