that does look like a functional air duct.
another great thing about the 06 and up is the cup holders option. the previous one only had one and u only fit a can in there. these, u can put up to 6 cups!

I adored the CL. The Z is a monster. It must have some mods other than the CAI because it is much faster than stock ones I have driven.
I had forgotten how much fun rwd & torque were.
My left leg is sore, the clutch is firm.

Off-topic but did you ever run into any snags in that 3.5 install?
I'm considering that and still on the fence. Was it worth it?
Think it cost you any extra to do that 3.5 over a typical 3.2 install?

Stock 300 / 260 but mine is not stock. Has I/H/E, is a 6mt which means more power to the ground, has 255/35/18s front & 285/35/18s rear.
And it weighs less.
It may have more, I can't see anything else & have not looked yet.

just having airflow upgrades literally make the Z fly twice as fast.
I was gonna say that those should be ur first upgrades, but looks like u already have them! Looks like some its got some wide tires that normal. I think the stock ones are 235 front and 255 back.

It is, oddest thing is I like the Z but loved & miss the CL. Hopefully that will fade as I enjoy the torquey rwd goodness.
I am glad Nspec took it because I know the parts will be appreciated. The auction would have sent them god knows where.

like the new rims. I think you need to adjust the hatch, it looks like its sitting a little high. actually now that i think about it, pretty much all the Zs have that issue.
By the way, ur CL was a donor car for atleast 7-8 CLs.
