Hmmmm, I wouldnt paint the PS pump. Theyre rather delicate and you dont want paint getting where it doesnt belong.

The motor is in. No issues with the belts/different tensioner.

The Odyssey intake manifold spacer is too big, I need it milled or the hood cut (that's not happening)

Barring any issues it will be ready at four!

Got it back. Wow! I can't stomp on it but the torque is right freaking there! I can't wait for the break in to be done.

nice job! that went by so fast! Did you plan on the 3.6 the whole time or did you change your mind part way through? Mill that spacer down a bit and throw it on...i bet it'll give you some more tq.

Approx. how many hours did it take your guy to do the work?

He was on a mission, wanted his $!

I did not plan on doing the 3.6 right now, was going to slowly build the 3.2 (which I still may do) but I mentioned it to him and he knew a guy that had all the parts he had collected for a sand rail (really popular here) and the price was right so I went for it.

I have a slew of spares now too (like six coils) which is really nice.

I am so freaking happy how it worked out!

No cels feels great but it's very hard to keep off it. I drove home in rush hour and had to learn how much gas to give to move slightly forward in stop & go. Torque is much better.

I have the mount you want but have no clue if it will work for you.

Motor is home I can't begin to say how much you should never never remove a motor from a CR-V on your own.

I am looking for a donor 6MT.

Finally got the garage somewhat straightened up, still have a way to go.

The engine will be going in the corner to the left as soon as I get the bolts I need to properly have it securely on the stand. I was surprised I had to special order transmission bolts.

Greddy radiator cap came.

It is different than teh OEM, the plunger does not have a protrusion in teh middle like the original.

It fits but I am concerned. Is it ok?

Drive around for a few days and keep an eye on it. Keep the stock cap in the car just in case.

THE Aeromotive came from Amazon, the gauge came from ebay, the fittings came from Jegs.

That is a mock up of where it most likely will go. I made the bracket from a garage door hanger I had lying around.

I ordered the fittings based on what Jegs told me, I hope they are right but can't say 100% until I have them.

This is a c&p from their email.

I am afraid I can’t tell for sure if it is 1.5 or 1.25. I have to believe it is a 12x1.5 to -6 # 799-670510. we do not have a -6 x 1.25.

That is the adapter at the stock FPR, following are the other fittings from the Aeromotive.

555-100041, 555-100021, 555-100071

I just ordered them, should be here Tuesday.
