Got jacked at the dealer AGAIN!

I got my new phillips 6000K bulbs the other day, and was going to install them myself.

But, since I had to get an oil change from my dealer, Sunnyvale Acura, I asked them how much it would cost to install the bulbs, and they told me $10. I said ok that is cool, let them do it cause the are professionals and they know what they are doing.

So I go to pick my car up, and when I am paying for it, I am told that when they were replacing the bulbs, they accidentally broke a clip somewhere in the headlight area, so they ordered a new one. Otherwise they said everything is working ok. I thought ok no big deal, they must have checked everything out pretty good, and my lights should be working.

I check them out outside at the dealer, it was still daytime, so I didnt look at them that much. And since I was looking at them standing up and from a close position, they seemed fine.

So I got home, wait for nightfall, and then take my cl out to look at them from a distance. The left light is perfect, however the right light spashes up high worse than a high beam.

Now I have to call them up tommorow, and tell them about this. I cant even drive my car at night because i will be blinding other drivers!

The reason why I am pissed is that a few months ago they had to replace my headlight cover cause it was fogging up. I had polargs as my fog lights before I went in, and drove out with regular stock lights afterward they were done, and THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL ME! I found out later that evening. So I went back and they apologized, so I said ok whatever, mistakes happen. But this is the second time now...

If they cant fix it by tommorow, I am gonna request a rental cause what the hell am I supposed to do during night? If they dont I am gonna go to Stevens Creek Acura from now on for all my services and oil changes.

BTW, sorry if my story took too long, I am a pretty bad storyteller...

I believe that your factory high beam was aimed the same way. Please look up "alien search light" in Chod's FAQ

Now when you say Sunnyvale Acura you are referring to Steven's Creek Acura right?

Ok well I shouldnt have been so blunt, I went back to the dealer today and they were very nice and fixed it for me really quick.

I was pretty pissed after it happened... I guess I shouldnt have been so mad, after all it only took them a few minutes to get me back going.
