I'm pulling out of work today and at the next driveway I see another black CLS with springs, tint and PIAA's pulling out right behind me. I'm assuming from the mods that this guy is on our board. He pulls up fast behind me and I decide to put on my blinker to pull into the next parking lot and he does the same as I point in that direction. I pull in and make a left to park. Lo and behold, I look over, back and around and no CLS. Hmmm. For a second I think I'm hallucinating. Then, finally I see the guy has parked in another segment of the lot. So I'm like all right, I'll walk over and say what's up. But, by the time I get out of my car he's walking away. Hmmm. Anyways, who are you?

I was at Pentagon City mall yesterday and was right next to another CL-S pulling out of the parking garage. I kept looking over so I could wave and say "hey nice car" but he never acknowledged me. Owell.

 

yah i always give people w/ nice cars waves' the type's people usually =drive by....the porsche and ferrari guys give a smile a wave back and a nice push of the throttle

 

Funny thing is usually I don't even try to pull over or anything--but this guy was right on my balls and had some mods so I figured he wanted to check out the rides. I swear this guy has been on this board before b/c he posted about being a tinted CLS on Clopper Road (which is where we work). Oh well, F it. I'm not all that concerned about it since I'm damn near sure I have more mods than him anyways I guess that's a good AND bad thing depending on how you see it..

i got to play with a fellow cl-s guy a couple o fweeks ago but he wanted no piece of me racing. we were in traffic and he was weavin in and out hard core. i always wave to a fellow cler no matter what year it is. The other nit ei was pissed caused i tok my roomates treuck to get gas, and at the station was a hoooooooott chick with a 3.0 cl and i could dhave made good conversation, but no i had my roomies fourrunner. the only time i didnt wave was once i saw a old hag driven with a cig sticken out of her mouth, i was like EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWww, and drive away.

haha. that was me. totally not a diss. I saw you head up to that texmex place and figured you were going to eat (so why go bother you).

Meanwhile, I had to go grab some food at the supermarket for my gf who was home sick and rush my ass over there and then back to my night job (where I am now).

Needless to say, I was in a rush.

Hey Goldn1--Now I remember that you were the one who posted awhile back that you had a black with tint. Lookin' good. I'd be up for grabbing a cocktail one of these days. I'm going to be out in Texas until next Monday, but maybe after that we can meet up.
I'm going to slap on the 35% mirror tint in a couple of weeks--make sure our cars don't look exactly alike. Although, I must admit that I felt a tingle when I saw a mirror image of my car coming up behind me...Looked so sweet!!! Good taste.

I was 100% sure that it was someone from the board - and I was also sure we'd cross paths some other time when I wasn't racing against rush hour.

Goldn1--you said it!! We will definately set up another meet as sson as it gets a little warmer. I figure if we do it anywhere near Tysons we can just hit the Friday's or some other bar and grill that is around there.

I was shopping today and parked next to a lady with a CLP. I timed it so that we got out of the cars at the same time and said, "You have great taste in cars!" She looked at my car and laughed and agreed.

Whenever I pass people in CLs (either gen) they never even look at me. At least I know the people on this board wave, so if someone waves at me, I know where to find you !!
