Hey folks!! My Fiance and I just picked up an Anthracite 03 CL Type S from Acura of Sunnyvale. We got a pretty good deal I think at 500 over invoice. Didn't get the Nav, cause...well, it wouldn't make the car any faster.

I tried to sell the Fiance on the 6 speed, but she drives 60 miles a day and the 6 speed would make it tougher for her to drink her Diet Coke.

But she was more than willing to go for the Comptech Headers. The other option we got was the trunk spoiler.

We pick the car up tomorrow and the headers should arrive in a week or so.

I'll post some pics when we get the car and I get some Zymol on it.

Good buy. You did better than me, but I got mine the day before the official release. I do regret not getting the nav. You will love the car.

Yeah, we are having the dealer install the headers once they come in. Full warranty!

I doubt she's going to let me put an intake on the car. She's not too fond of the one I have on my Civic Si. I'm sure the car will be more than fast enough without them.

Congrats! Does the 500 over invoice include the spoiler and headers?

I'm in process of buying a new car and the CL-S 6 speed is the top choice. My best was 200 over as it stands without options.

 

I wish that was the price with the options included, but no.

Got the options at discount though.

I think we still got a great deal, and it's going to keep the Fiance happy for many years to come.

 

U might see me around. I have a 2003 blue CLtypeS and I commute from San Mateo to San jose everyday (on 101 or 280). That is of course when jour woman lets you drive her car. I paid 31,000 +tax Lic fees for my CLtype S with Nav from Hopkins Acura in RWC.

They too were not willing to give deals on the 6 speed( not that I would have gotten it anyway due to my gammy ankle).

P.s. I guess Acura does not offer that nasty ass, burnt cienna, orange color anymore. Thank GOD. :P
